2020–2023 · FOUND (South Europe, 7 markets)
I built the foundations from scratch: first CRM ecosystem in the area, first loyalty program, first heated-product mobile app in South Europe, cluster-wide GDPR framework. CRM platform scaled from 1 to 3 active markets. Customer Care transformed from reactive assistance to outbound retention engine.
2023–2025 · BUILD (South Eastern Europe, 11 markets)
I industrialized the framework. 18 CRM ecosystems operational (from 2 baseline). Unified GDPR consent framework across 4 product categories. +100% contactable consumer base. +400% loyalty members. Zero compliance incident across 11 markets.
2025–present · SCALE & ACTIVATE (SEE, 4 categories, 30+ FTE)
I'm now activating the value the infrastructure can produce. In 12 months: 3M CRM contactable consumers, 1.5M loyalty members, +200% post-purchase digital engagement, +20pp retention rate, +40pp NPS cross-brand, 50% subscriber penetration. Multichannel orchestration, Amazon channel scale-up, post-purchase engagement engines across the cluster.
Sequence matters. Build foundations, scale them, then activate commercial value — in series, not in parallel.
Operating model design beats heroics. Cross-functional governance is engineered, not improvised. Compliance is engineered by design, not retrofitted under pressure.
Team and capability scale-up is a multi-year project, not a quarterly hire.
Strategic vision proves itself only when it survives execution.
